The service

Redbrain turns your technical software context into a versioned Idea Profile, researches configured public sources, and returns evidence-backed problem clusters and feature recommendations. Results are decision support, not a guarantee of demand, revenue, technical feasibility, or professional legal, financial, or product advice. Redbrain does not post or message on your behalf.

Your account

Keep your sign-in information secure and provide information you are allowed to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for checking AI-generated summaries and source links before acting on them.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful product research that respects each source's rules, privacy laws, intellectual-property rights, and the rights of other people.
• Do not use Redbrain to harass, impersonate, profile sensitive personal characteristics, evade platform controls, or republish source content unlawfully.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass plan limits, probe internal endpoints, or submit secrets and sensitive personal data in product text or documents.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Features and quotas are shown on the landing page and enforced by the current plan configuration. Paid subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Pricing, taxes, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are subject to the checkout and Dodo Payments terms presented at purchase. Cancel from the in-app billing portal before deleting an account.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party authentication, public-source APIs, AI, hosting, and payment systems, so coverage, availability, and results can vary. We may change features, quotas, or these terms as the product evolves. The current privacy practices are described in Privacy.
