The service

Redbrain is software for researching potential buyer intent in public Reddit conversations. It returns evidence-backed workflow suggestions, not a guarantee that a person is a buyer, a recommendation to contact someone, or professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.

Your account

Keep your sign-in information secure and provide information you are allowed to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for checking AI-generated summaries and source links before acting on them.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful research and outreach that respects Reddit rules, applicable privacy laws, and the rights of other people.
• Do not use Redbrain to harass, impersonate, target sensitive personal characteristics, evade platform controls, or send unsolicited or abusive messages.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass plan limits, probe internal endpoints, or submit secrets and sensitive personal data in a buyer brief.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Features and quotas are shown on the landing page and enforced by the current plan configuration. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Pricing, taxes, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are subject to the checkout and Paddle terms presented at purchase. Cancel from the in-app billing portal before deleting an account.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party authentication, Reddit, AI, hosting, and payment systems, so availability and results can vary. We may change features, quotas, or these terms as the product evolves. The current privacy practices are described in Privacy.
