What Redbrain processes

• Account identifiers and email address supplied through Supabase and Google sign-in.
• Your product name, maturity, technical subcategory, website URL, pasted text, and uploaded text, PDF, or DOCX documents. Extracted text and provenance are stored; original upload bytes are processed transiently and are not persisted.
• Versioned Idea Profiles, source and query plans, research runs, source-health diagnostics, and feature reports.
• Public evidence from developer communities, technical forums, Q&A sites, publications, blogs, video comments, social networks, discovery indexes, and review or launch sites. Evidence can include public author names, excerpts, timestamps, reactions, and source links.
• Preserved Redbrain Prospect records, such as buyer briefs, leads, opportunities, and monitors, if they were created through the earlier product surface.
• Billing and entitlement metadata such as Dodo customer/subscription identifiers, plan, status, and period dates. Dodo Payments processes payment details.
• Operational security data, including hashed request keys used for rate limiting and error/diagnostic records.

Why it is processed

We use this data to authenticate you, build and version your Idea Profile, create subcategory-specific source plans, research public product signals, rank feature recommendations, show supporting and contradictory evidence, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, reconcile billing, and operate the service.

Service providers

Redbrain uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for application hosting and scheduled work, Google for OAuth, Gemini, and the YouTube Data API, source APIs and public feeds for configured research lanes, Serper for permitted indexed discovery when configured, and Dodo Payments for subscriptions and payment processing. Restricted sources such as Reddit, X, and Product Hunt run only when the required authorization and credentials are configured. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our homepage, Privacy page, and Terms page. Microsoft Clarity records masked interactions on those public pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can understand how the website is used. These services may use cookies and process browser, device, and usage data. We do not load them on sign-in, billing, account deletion, or private workspace pages.

Choose Allow analytics or Reject analytics when prompted. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences on any tracked public page. Rejecting analytics leaves these services disabled; withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop their scripts. Your choice is saved in this browser. Advertising consent remains disabled.

Google handles analytics data under its Privacy Policy. Microsoft handles Clarity data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Retention and deletion

Account-linked records remain available to support the product until you delete your account or an operational/legal retention need requires otherwise. The current implementation does not claim an automatic raw-data purge window. Use Delete account to remove the Supabase account and owner-scoped app records. Cancel any active Dodo subscription first; account deletion does not cancel a payment subscription or erase Dodo Payments records.

Your choices

You can stop using the service, cancel a subscription through the billing portal, or request account deletion. For a privacy question or a request that cannot be handled in-app, contact contact@oxyscapist.online.
