What Redbrain processes

• Account identifiers and email address supplied through Supabase and Google sign-in.
• Your buyer brief, website URL, run history, job status, saved leads, monitor settings, and lead status changes.
• Public Reddit post/comment text, usernames, subreddit names, timestamps, and permalinks used as evidence for a run.
• Derived analysis such as fit scores, summaries, evidence excerpts, and outreach guidance.
• Billing and entitlement metadata such as Paddle customer/subscription identifiers, plan, status, and period dates. Paddle processes payment details.
• Operational security data, including hashed request keys used for rate limiting and error/diagnostic records.

Why it is processed

We use this data to authenticate you, run the buyer-discovery workflow, enforce plan limits, display your history and leads, keep monitors refreshed, prevent abuse, reconcile billing, and operate the service.

Service providers

Redbrain uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Google for OAuth, Reddit APIs for public Reddit data, Gemini for language-model analysis, Serper when configured for subreddit discovery, and Paddle for subscriptions and payment processing. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Account-linked records remain available to support the product until you delete your account or an operational/legal retention need requires otherwise. The current implementation does not claim an automatic raw-data purge window. Use Delete account to remove the Supabase account and owner-scoped app records. Cancel any active Paddle subscription first; account deletion does not cancel a payment subscription or erase Paddle records.

Your choices

You can stop using the service, cancel a subscription through the billing portal, or request account deletion. For a privacy question or a request that cannot be handled in-app, contact contact@oxyscapist.online.
